Kari Cooke, Nationwide Communications Director for the Center for Disability Rights, was a speaker at last year’s United Nations Youth Panel at the International Young Leaders Assembly. She told the audience, “We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. Let’s stop waiting and let’s get to work.”
