Santiago Peña is the former Minister of Finance of Paraguay and is currently running for president in Paraguay’s 2018 election. He has served as an economist at both the Central Bank of Paraguay and at the IMF focusing on West Africa. He has also served on the Member-Governors Boards of Inter-American Development Bank and Inter-American Investment Corp., as well as the Director of La Corporación Andina de Fomento SA.
