Greg Rheault

 

Student Engagement Director, George Washington University

 

Greg Rheault is a Director in the Center for Student Engagement at The George Washington University. He holds a B.S in Secondary Education Social Sciences from the University of Vermont and a M.Ed. in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland, College Park. In addition to his role as Director of the Second Year Experience, he is currently working on a Doctorate in Human and Organizational Learning in GW's Executive Leadership Doctoral Program in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Greg utilizes relational and transformational leadership in his work with college students and professional by grounding management, coaching, and mentoring practices trough these theoretical frameworks.
