Co-Founder, Ignite Good

 

Chelsea Brownridge is an organization development consultant for nonprofits and social impact organizations and founding team member of Ignite Good. She specializes in organization culture development, focusing on building innovative, creative and collaborative cultures for organizations in the social impact space through her consulting company Design for Growth.

 

Prior to Ignite Good and consulting, Chelsea worked at Ashoka—Innovators for the Public, a nonprofit building the global citizen sector through a fellowship of social entrepreneurs. As the Director of Operations and Culture for the Ashoka Changemakers’ program and a member of the senior leadership team, she focused on culture development, talent recruitment and orientation, financial management and change management.

 

Chelsea graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.A. in economics and a minor in environmental studies and is currently attending NYU’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service in pursuit of a Masters of Public Administration specializing in management and organization development.
