Public Health Agent, He Eye Care System

 

Xingru He was born and grown up in Japan, and went to high school in Shanghai, China, then finished his undergraduate study in University of Califonia, Davis. As a multicultural person, he know Japanese, Chinese and English very well. He is very passionate in students’ social activities, and he has been trying to be a persona valuable to the society. Now he is working on helping blind people and dedicates to work in medical areas.
