Vicente Revil

 

Vicente Homer Revil is the former governor of the Province of Masbate, Philippines and President of the Local Legislator’s League of the Philippines. A graduate of Business Administration at the University of Santo Tomas and received his Juris Doctor at the Ateneo De Manila University School of Law. 

 

Post Graduate Diploma in Management at the University of Melbourne, Australia and Strategic Management at the Asian Institute of Management. He is a recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship of the U.S. State Department for the International Visitor Leadership Program.
