Koby Langley is the Senior Vice President for Service to the Armed Forces at the American Red Cross. Previously, he served as the Director of Wounded Warrior and Veteran and Military Family Engagement at the White House. Additionally, Mr. Langley worked as Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary and Senior Advisor for the Office of Wounded Warrior Care and Transition Policy after being appointed to the Senior Executive Service at the Department of Defense.
