Justin is an economist with a specialization in power industry regulation, renewable energy finance and the smart grid. He is also a dedicated teacher of good governance and ethical leadership practices to communities around the world. As a former director of an international non-profit, he has managed civic-engagement projects and new media outreach for non-profits on every continent. Justin holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where he studied economics and non-profit management.
