Greg has been at The George Washington University for five years where he presently serves as a Director in the Center for Student Engagement . He holds a B.S in Secondary Education Social Sciences from the University of Vermont and a M.Ed. in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is currently a Doctoral Candidate in GW's Executive Leadership Program in the Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Greg incorporates relational and transformational leadership approaches to his work with both college students and professionals. His current research is focused on exploring how employees make meaning of traumatic workplace experiences in an effort to enhance organizational leaders' support of employee learning, development and well-being.
