Claire Albert

Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion

 

Claire Albert is a member of IBM’s HR Leadership Development Program, currently
specializing in Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion. Claire joined IBM in the summer of 2017, upon completing her MBA from Boston University. Prior to business school, she spent five years working Interfaith Youth Core (IFYC), a Chicago- based non-profit creating the next generation of interfaith leaders. During her time at IFYC, she served as the Executive Assistant to the organization’s Founder & President, Eboo Patel, whom she met during her undergraduate years at Northwestern University.

 

A proud native Texan, Claire spends her time outside work exploring New York City,
traveling to visit friends and family, watching sports, and training for her first marathon in
September.
