Mike Rofrano

Digital Media Lead, IBM Leadership Development

 

 

Mike Rofrano is a 3 rd generation IBMer (grandparents, uncle, mom, dad) and has been with IBM for just over a year, starting out as an intern and has grown to become Digital Media Lead for Leadership Development. As a graphic designer, his goal is to inspire and drive learning through visual impact. One of Mike’s greatest achievements is his production and collaboration with the Leadership Development team to create a new web format for the monthly live broadcast, Leadership Live. Leadership Live has impacted over 5,000 IBMers within the past year. Mike, is an avid “car junkie” and very passionate about the artistic nature and sweeping lines of automobiles. Through volunteering at car shows, sharing his automotive photography knowledge, and participating as a member of the 93 Octane Crew Mike works to help move forward the community that shares his passion.
