Busayo Odunlami

 

Busayo Odunlami is a consultant to the Operations Policy & Quality Department (OPSPQ) at the World Bank Group and a World Executive MBA candidate at the George Washington School of Business. Busayo has recently completed his Masters in Social-Organizational Psychology (with a concentration in Change & Leadership) at Teachers College, Columbia University. He also has a BS in Information & Systems Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA. He previously worked as a JPA on the Learning Team for the Africa region, where he supported the decentralization of Africa Learning via the establishment of additional learning hubs, implementation of knowledge initiatives and development of the OCC curriculum as related to the Africa Region. Since he left the World Bank Group in 2012, he has worked as an adjunct professor in business and technology, started a consulting firm catering to Economic Development and Higher Education institutions. In addition to speaking Yoruba and English, he also speaks some Spanish. Busayo is passionate about entrepreneurship, organizations and enjoys outdoor activities, especially concerts and frisbee.
