Angela Woods

 

Angela Woods is a Program Officer at the U.S. Department of State, where she works in the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA), Office of Global Educational Programs on the Critical Language Scholarship (CLS) Program. In the past, she has assisted with the administration of the Fulbright Program and the Tunisia Community College Scholarship Program. Prior to joining ECA, Angela worked for 6 years in various college and university settings, including a community college. She also worked for a non-profit organization where she managed federal internship programs for undergraduate and graduate students. During a study abroad experience in college, she interned at Fulbright España in Madrid, Spain. Angela holds a B.S. in Education from Syracuse University and a M.A. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Maryland, College Park.
